There was a suggestion in the Annual Meeting of Vipassana Samiti (held on Oct-15, 2021) that new students should have access to an Asst. Teacher especially in the initial months of their first 10 days course; this would help them resolve their queries as regards meditation and any other problems and would help them renew their association with Vipassana. This is a very sensitive time in their Vipassana journey and they could be helped by placing an Asst. Teacher on call either physically at a place or via email id or via a helpline number.
